  Technical indicators:

Detection method:

        1. Test piece: stainless steel test piece (40cmⅹ40cmⅹ0.2cm)

        2. Test method: apply the passivation paste on the surface of the stainless steel test piece, the coating thickness is about 1-2mm, put it in a ventilated place for 8-12 hours, take out the test piece, rinse it with clean water, and dry it. Drop a drop of blue dot reagent on the surface of the test piece, start timing, and no blue dot appears at the specified inner drop point, that is, the blue dot test is qualified.

        After passing the pressure test and air tightness test, the surface needs to be cleaned of oil for pickling and passivation treatment; if necessary, the formed passivation film should be tested for blue dots, and no blue dots are qualified.
