Purpose

It is used for electrolytic polishing of various types of stainless steel such as 304, 321, 316, 201, 202, 420, 430, etc. The use cost is low, the effect is obvious, and the mirror bright effect can be achieved. added value of the product.

Features

1. Wide range of application, applicable to stainless steel of 200, 300, 400 series of various materials.

2. The polishing liquid does not contain chromium ions, which meets today's requirements and saves equipment investment and waste water treatment costs.

3. The polishing current density is small, the voltage is low, and the power consumption is more than 1 times lower than that of the traditional process.

4. The polishing efficiency is high, the quality is good, and it can be polished to a mirror surface within a few minutes.

5. The polishing liquid has a long service life and is easy to maintain and manage.

Instructions

The original solution is used, the lead plate is used as the cathode (negative electrode), the workpiece is used as the anode (positive electrode), 60-65 degrees, the current density is 10-25 ampere/square decimeter, the voltage is 8-10 volts, and the time is 5-8 minutes.

Precautions

       1. The polishing liquid will generate foam during electropolishing at the initial stage of its use, so the distance between the liquid surface of the polishing liquid and the top of the polishing tank should not be less than 15cm.

2. The water remaining on the surface of the workpiece should be removed as much as possible before the stainless steel workpiece enters the polishing tank. Excessive water entrained in the workpiece may cause serious pitting on the polishing surface and local corrosion, resulting in the workpiece being scrapped.

3. In the process of electrolytic polishing, the iron and chromium elements contained in the stainless steel workpiece as the anode are continuously transformed into metal ions and dissolved in the polishing solution without depositing on the surface of the cathode. With the progress of the polishing process, the concentration of metal ions increases continuously. When a certain value is reached, these metal ions are continuously precipitated from the polishing liquid in the form of phosphate and sulfate, and settle at the bottom of the polishing tank. For this reason, the polishing fluid must be regularly filtered to remove these solid deposits.

    4. During the operation of the polishing tank, in addition to the continuous consumption of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, water is lost due to evaporation and electrolysis. In addition, the high-viscosity polishing liquid is continuously entrained and lost by the workpiece, and the liquid level of the polishing liquid continues to drop, so it is necessary to replenish the polishing tank frequently. Fresh polishing fluid and water.

       5. Neutralized emissions meet today's requirements.
