Features and uses

        This product is in the form of a paste in appearance. The paste is made of high-quality, high-efficiency and stable raw materials. It is a stable paste without decomposition, precipitation, or sulfide. The amount of chloride ions is strictly controlled.

        Widely used in petrochemical, marine pipeline, pharmaceutical, papermaking, food, I-III pressure vessels. It is suitable for 300 series stainless steel (304, 316, 316L, 321) and other related stainless steel components, and is processed at high temperature such as welding, hammering, and damage. The resulting brown oxide (rust spots) is clear, making it silvery and shiny. At the same time, a layer of the main oxide film mainly composed of chromium is formed to achieve the purpose of passivation, and it has the dual effect of two steps of pickling and passivation.

        The operation process is simple, the construction is convenient, time-saving and labor-saving, the treated stainless steel surface is smooth and smooth, the stability is strong, the corrosion resistance is obviously improved, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, and the added value of the product is increased.

Instructions for use

        1. Clean up the welding slag and oil on the surface before use, and then apply the paste to the surface to be treated.

        2. Clean the stainless steel surface and welds, apply this paste for 1-2mm (the coating at the welds is slightly thicker), and keep it for more than 1 hour before cleaning. The surface welding seam is scrubbed with wire or veil, and then rinsed with water after all clean. It should be ensured that the stainless steel surface is rinsed clean and there is no residual trace, otherwise the surface appearance will be affected.

        3. Clean the surface of heat-treated parts with thick oxide layers such as hot-pressed seals, apply the paste to a thickness of 2mm, keep it for more than 4 hours, generally brush once with a wire brush, and then scrub repeatedly with back silk or veil, after all are clean, rinse with water. Make sure the stainless steel surface is rinsed clean and free of traces of residue.


      1. When operating, it must be carried out in a well-ventilated place, and the product should be stirred evenly with a plastic rod or a stainless steel rod.

      2. Operators should wear protective equipment such as rubber gloves, shoe box masks, etc. If it is necessary to operate in a sealed environment, ventilation equipment must be used, and it must be carried out by two operators.

      3. Special personnel should be responsible for keeping, distributing and recycling this paste. After use, the container must be covered with a lid and stored in an upright state.

      4. The operator's skin should not come into contact with this product. Once the skin is accidentally eroded, it must be washed with water immediately (or with 5% sodium bicarbonate solution).

      5. The used waste water, recycled silk or rags must be collected together for centralized treatment, and neutralized by adding alkaline lime water or sodium hydroxide. When the pH value is close to 7, it is discharged, so as to ensure no impact on the environment.

      6. Ensure sufficient reaction time (about 30 minutes), time and temperature are proportional to the acid effect. In the case of low temperature, the construction time should be appropriately extended.

consumption estimate

      For the cleaning of general stainless steel welds, for argon arc welding, use about half a kilogram of this paste per 100 meters; for arc welding, use about one kilogram of this paste per 100 meters. For the removal of thick oxide skin on hot-pressed heads or heat-treated parts, use about one kilogram of this paste per two square meters.
