Overview:

       Copper cleaning agent is composed of organic acid, corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, penetrant, deionized water, etc. It is suitable for removing red rust, green rust, various stains, black discoloration layers and other dirt on the surface of various copper parts, and restoring the original bright state of copper parts. The surface is clean and bright as ever; it is also an ideal activator for copper before brightening.

Main performance:

1. It can penetrate into the rust layer in a short time, so that the rust layer can be quickly peeled off from the metal, and the rust removal speed is fast and the efficiency is high;

        2. Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-toxic and harmful substances, can be used at room temperature or heating;

        3. Equipped with excellent metal protective agent, it will not corrode the copper body, and will not cause internal qualitative changes;

        4. The surface of the treated copper material is smooth and clean;

        5. The product, organic weak acid type, does not contain inorganic acid, hydrochloric acid, chromic acid and other ingredients, and is safe and reliable to use.

Instructions:

        1. When using the original solution, it can be cleaned by soaking (additional bubbling, or shaking), ultrasonic cleaning, manual scrubbing, etc. In order to improve the speed of removing stains, discoloration layers and rust, for example, during the soaking process, brush and other tools can be used to brush the surface of the workpiece until the surface stains, discoloration layers and rust are completely removed, and then rinse the surface with water.

        2. After the above treatment, the surface of copper parts is prone to discoloration. To maintain the original color for a long time, anti-discoloration treatment must be carried out.

        3. Cleaning concentration: dilute to 3~5 times with stock solution or water.

        4. Cleaning temperature: It can be used at normal temperature (15~25℃), but the effect is better when it is cleaned at a temperature of 50~60℃.

        5. Cleaning time: 5 to 10 minutes or longer depending on the material, dirt and handling requirements; if you use it for the first time or have no experience in using it, you must first try it out in small quantities and then use it in large quantities.

        6. After cleaning, rinse with pure water, then blow dry, dry, and pack and store reasonably.

Precautions:

        1. If the copper material has heavy oil stains and does not change color for a long time, it is recommended to use the following cleaning process:

Degreasing - → rust removal - → water washing - → discoloration prevention - → water washing - → post-treatment process.

        2. When cleaning, the cleaning workpieces should be placed correctly and reasonably, and avoid overlapping each other. Depending on the cleaning situation, an appropriate amount of cleaning agent stock solution should be added regularly. If the cleaning capacity cannot meet the cleaning requirements after being replenished, it can be discarded and replaced with a new solution. Under normal circumstances, the cleaning solution is used for 3-7 days.

        3. The cleaning solution should be avoided to contact the skin for a long time, to prevent the skin from degreasing and make the skin dry and rough, and to prevent accidental ingestion and splashing into the eyes. In severe cases, timely medical care is required.

Packaging and storage:

       Packing: 25kg/plastic barrel; 200kg/plastic barrel. Store tightly in a cool, dry place.
