3. How to use
Immersion pickling of stainless steel:
Before use, carefully read the product operating instructions and safety instructions on the information. Shake the product in the drum well and divide it into another plastic container. Add color indicator, stir evenly, use Qianqiu VOPOX? spray product to spray evenly on the stainless steel surface through special spray equipment for treatment. Avoid handling in direct sunlight. All wash water is subject to wastewater neutralization.
Response time: 30 - 120 minutes (depending on the stainless steel parts of different materials and components, the surface temperature of the stainless steel substrate, the ambient temperature and the degree of corrosion of the stainless steel at the time of processing)
Stainless steel pickling passivation solution:
1. According to the processing conditions of the workpiece, first remove oil and degreasing; first remove wax for mechanical polishing parts.
2. Soak in passivation solution, the recommended soaking time is 3~10 minutes, users can control the time according to the color and brightness they need.
3. Rinse with clean water (do not use sewage or natural water) to clean the surface passivation of the workpiece
4. Neutralize (PH9~12) sodium hydroxide water for 5 minutes (for workpieces with simple structure without holes or threads, it can be omitted as appropriate)
5. Finally, soak and rinse with clean water (purified water or filter-filtered water) with a chloride ion content of less than 25PPM for 1 to 3 minutes.
6. Drying. The oven is about 15 minutes, 100 degrees. The inspection standard is that there is no water on the surface.
