I. Overview:

        This product is a high-efficiency paint and ink dispersion stabilizer developed by our company. It dissolves in water and is an excellent auxiliary for water-based paint and ink.

2. Technical indicators:

        Appearance: brown viscous liquid;

        Density: D25≥1.0 g/cm3;

        Viscosity: η25 1400±20% mm2/s;

        Flash point: (opening)≥100℃;

        Refractive index: D251.487±0.004;

        PH value: (test paper) 7.0

3. Features:

       This product can be mixed with any proportion. It is an excellent dispersant, stabilizer and anti-settling agent for water-based paint and ink. It can improve the water resistance, abrasion resistance and washing resistance of paint and ink film, and increase the filler content and touch multiple. Extend the storage period of paint ink, suitable for calcium carbonate, carbon ink, silica, wollastonite, pottery clay, all kinds of pigments in water-based paint, ink filling system.

4. Dosage:

       0.5-2.5% of the weight of the pigment, the recommended dosage is 1.0%, please experiment for the maximum dosage.

5. Usage:

       Put the filler or pigment to be treated in the high-speed mixer, slowly add the product diluted with 1:1 diluent under the condition of low-speed rotation of the mixer, and then start the high-speed stirring for about 5-15 minutes, Add resin and other auxiliaries according to the original process.

       Or added during regrinding, or diluted with water, soaked, and then dehydrated.

6. Solvent selection

       White oil, solvent oil, isopropyl alcohol, dimethylbenzene, ethanol water.

7. Notes:

      Pay attention to heat dissipation when discharging spare parts.

      This product has a high viscosity and can be heated in a water bath during use.

      This product is sealed and stored at room temperature for two years.
