2. Overview:

       This product is an improved new type of TTS type, which is very suitable for the dispersion of carbon black. It is a new type of coupling agent. In addition to excellent dispersibility, it also has antistatic effect, and is an excellent auxiliary agent for cable shielding materials; It is also an excellent dispersant for paints and inks.

3. Composition:

       Composite monoalkoxy titanate

4. Scope of application:

       Carbon black, calcium carbonate, clay, fly ash and other inorganic materials, plastics, rubber, paints, inks, pigments, electrostatic toners, etc.

5. Dosage:

       It is 0.5-3.0% of the total amount of pigments or fillers, 0.1% is recommended for general fillers, and 1.5% is recommended for ultra-fine fillers (such as carbon black). Please experiment with the maximum amount.

6. Features:

       1. Significantly improve the dispersibility of fillers and increase the filling amount.

       2. Improve the plasticizing performance of the semiconducting cable material and have good fluidity.

       3. The product is bright in color and has antistatic properties.

       4. Improve the compatibility with the carrier and increase the adhesion.

       5. Improve the grinding effect of carbon black and shorten the grinding time.

       6. The color of the product has been improved, and it has anti-settling effect.

7. Usage:

       It is recommended to use a pretreatment method, that is, to first treat the filler with a coupling agent. Due to the small amount of coupling agent, it should be diluted, and the dilution amount should be greater than or equal to the coupling dose. The diluent is selected from liquid paraffin, solvent oil, isopropyl alcohol, etc.

       Evenly spray the diluted product into the real material under high-speed stirring (without heating), stir for a few minutes (the specific time depends on the dispersion effect), and place the filler or pigment to be treated in the high-speed mixer, and the mixer is at a low speed. Under the condition of rotation, slowly add this product diluted with 1:1 diluent, then start high-speed stirring for about 5-15 minutes, and then add resin and other additives, and proceed according to the original process.

8. Notes:

       1. After the filler is pretreated, if the material is discharged and stored, attention should be paid to heat dissipation (stirring heat) to avoid the deterioration of the heating performance of the filler.

       2. This product is non-chelating type and cannot be in contact with water, otherwise it will fail. But free water in the filler has no effect.

       3. This product is valid for one year when stored at room temperature from the date of delivery.
