The stainless steel cleaning passivation solution (bright type) does not hurt its surface after cleaning and can form a protective film. Product performance:

       Stainless steel pickling passivation solution (bright type, produced by comprehensive foreign technology, suitable for immersion treatment of small pieces), is a new type of material, this product is in the form of a gel-like liquid and water. The whole process of pickling and passivation is achieved, while ensuring the original gloss of stainless steel parts and improving the brightness of stainless steel.

The main purpose: 

       It is widely used in stainless steel planing, nickel, chromium, stainless steel bright mirror plate. Small stainless steel parts, non-standard parts, stainless steel pipes, dirt on stainless steel surfaces, scale removal and passivation treatment. It can also prevent rust from stainless steel. Obtain a uniform and beautiful stainless steel bright surface, obtain the best corrosion resistance state, and prolong the service life.

Instructions:

       Immerse the stainless steel product directly in the pickling tank. When using it, the stainless steel product is invaded into the cleaning and passivation solution. Generally, it is advisable to invade the temperature for 20-40 minutes. After washing, drain the dirty liquid and rinse with water. When there is a lot of oil on the surface of stainless steel products, oil removal must be carried out first, which can improve the effect of pickling passivation and prolong the service life of pickling passivation solution.

Precautions:

       1. Avoid direct contact with the skin. Rinse with plenty of water if accidentally touched.

       2. The utensils should be made of stainless steel or plastic.

       3. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place.

Wastewater treatment:

       After cleaning the stainless steel surface, the discharged acid aqueous solution, in order to ask the user to collect the waste water in the pool, and then neutralize it with lime, sodium carbonate (soda) and sodium hydroxide and discharge it when the pH value is 7-8.
