        This product is mainly for stainless steel chemicals with low nickel content (201, 202, 300, 301) and other stainless steel chemicals that are easy to rust. , It is used for anti-rust treatment of low-nickel stainless steel, which can significantly improve the anti-rust performance of stainless steel and delay the rusting time of stainless steel.


Features:


        This product is composed of anti-rust agent No. 1 and anti-rust agent No. 2. It is often soaked and easy to use.


usage:


        1. Three treatment tanks are required to use this product: tank No. 1 needs acid resistance, which contains No. 1 anti-rust agent, tank No. 2 is alkali-resistant, contains No. 2 anti-rust agent, and tank No. 3 contains clean water. The size of the slot depends on the specific size and number of profiles to be processed.


        2. Preparation of working fluid: No. 1 tank: No. 1 anti-rust agent and water in a ratio of 1:5: No. 2 tank: No. 2 anti-rust agent and water in a ratio of 1:10: No. 3 tank: Add an appropriate amount clear water.


        3. Soak the profiles to be treated in No. 1 tank for about 25 minutes; remove and drain, soak in No. 2 tank for 5 minutes, remove, rinse with water in No. 3 tank, and polish.


Notice:


        1. No. 1 and No. 2 of this product are corrosive. Wear eyes and gloves to avoid entering eyes and mouth.


        2. The working fluid can be used repeatedly. When the effect declines, the stock solution can be added appropriately.


        3. The visible debris and sediment in the tank should be removed regularly.


        4. Disposal of working fluid: No. 1 can be neutralized with an appropriate amount of lime water to PH=7, and No. 2 can be neutralized with hydrochloric acid to PH=7, and then it can be discharged.
