I. Overview:

       Aluminum acid cleaning agent is composed of compound organic acid, high-quality corrosion inhibitor, various high-quality surface active factors, penetrant, deionized water, etc. It has the functions of penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing and stripping, and has excellent cleaning effect on removing the surface oxide layer, rust spots, mildew and oil stains of various aluminum materials and their alloys and other metal products.

2. Main performance

       1. It can penetrate into the rust layer in a short time, so that the rust layer can be quickly peeled off from the metal, and the rust removal speed is fast and the efficiency is high.

       2. The product is non-flammable, does not contain toxic and harmful substances, and can be used at room temperature or under heating.

       3. Equipped with excellent metal protective agent, it will not corrode the aluminum body, and will not cause internal qualitative changes.

       4. The surface of the treated aluminum material is smooth, clean, and does not change color.

       5. The product, organic weak acid type, does not contain inorganic acid, hydrochloric acid, chromic acid and other ingredients, and is safe and reliable to use.

4. How to use

       1. Cleaning method: It can be cleaned by soaking (additional bubbling, or shaking), ultrasonic cleaning, manual scrubbing, etc.

       2. Cleaning concentration: Dilute to 5~10 times with stock solution or water as appropriate.

       3. Cleaning temperature: It can be used at room temperature, but the effect is better when it is cleaned at a temperature of 50 to 60 °C.

       4. Cleaning time: 10 to 30 minutes.

       5. Rinse with water after cleaning, then blow dry, dry, pack and store reasonably.

Five, matters needing attention

      1. If the aluminum material has heavy oil pollution and needs a long time to not oxidize, it is recommended to use the following cleaning process: degreasing - → rust removal - → water washing - → anti-oxidation - → drying and drying.

      2. When cleaning, the cleaning workpieces should be placed correctly and reasonably, and avoid overlapping each other. Depending on the cleaning situation, an appropriate amount of cleaning agent stock solution should be added regularly. If the cleaning capacity cannot meet the cleaning requirements after being replenished, it can be discarded and replaced with a new solution. Under normal circumstances, the cleaning solution is used for 3-7 days.

      3. The cleaning solution should be avoided to contact the skin for a long time, to prevent the skin from degreasing and make the skin dry and rough, and to prevent accidental ingestion and splashing into the eyes. Packaging and storage
