Product introduction:

       This product is also called copper passivation agent or copper rust inhibitor, which is a special treatment agent to prevent copper from oxidizing and discoloring in the air. It is suitable for copper, brass and copper alloy workpieces. It can quickly form a passivation film with good oxidation resistance on the surface of copper parts within 5 minutes, and keep the copper workpiece indoors for more than 1 year without discoloration

Instructions:

       Soak the cleaned copper parts in this anti-discoloration agent, soak them at room temperature for 5~30 minutes (the longer the time, the better the effect), then take them out, rinse them with clean water, and then dry or dry them. They cannot overlap, and the drying temperature is recommended not to exceed 80°C.

Precautions:

       1. The cleaning or pickling process before discoloration must be cleaned. If necessary, use 5% concentration of sodium hydroxide to neutralize the acid residue on the surface of the workpiece, then rinse with water and dry, and then carry out anti-oxidation treatment.

       2. It is strictly forbidden to carry the workpiece with the anti-rust treatment by bare hands, so as to avoid fingerprints, hand sweat and other pollutants, which will affect the anti-rust effect of the metal.

       3. When the product is not in use, it should be sealed to avoid invalidation.

       4. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, lift the eyelids and rinse with running water.

       5. Do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, keep at rest, and seek medical care in time.

Packaging and storage:

      1. Packaging: 25kg, 200kg plastic drum.

       2. Storage: sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place.

Shelf life: one year.
