Performance and Features

       1. It is composed of various types of solvents, as well as high-efficiency penetrating agents, surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, etc. Does not contain benzene, ketone and other harmful solvents. The liquid can quickly penetrate into the paint layer, and the effect of paint stripping and plastic removal is better and faster. Rinse with clean water after backing, which can restore the original surface of the metal, which is convenient for re-spraying.

       2. Applicable to various metal, glass, wood, ground and other substrates.

       3. It is an alkaline substance, not easy to burn, safe and reliable.

The main purpose:

       Applicable: spray, anti-corrosion paint, electrophoretic paint, alkyd primer, alkyd topcoat, baking paint, acrylic primer, acrylic topcoat, phosphating primer, nitro paint coating and other paint surfaces.

Instructions:

       1. Because the paint remover generates a small amount of gas during transportation, do not aim the barrel mouth at the face when opening the lid, and slowly open the lid to release the gas in the barrel.

       2. After opening the cover, insert a wooden stick into the bucket to stir the liquid evenly, pour the liquid into the prepared container, and completely immerse the workpiece to be stripped in the paint stripper solution. After about 5 to 15 minutes, the paint will disappear. Soft and foamy. After the workpiece is taken out, use a spatula to clean the patent leather. When conditions permit, the patent leather can be cleaned directly with a high-pressure water gun.

Precautions

       1. Wear protective gloves when using to avoid contact with the skin. If accidentally splashed on the skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water.

       2. This product should be used alone and cannot be mixed with other ingredients to avoid invalidation.

       3. The temperature of the heat transfer oil in the water bath cannot exceed 60 degrees.

       4. This product cannot be used for aluminum workpieces.

Storage and Packaging:

       1. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent sunlight.

       2. Packed in 25kg/, 200kg plastic drums.
