Features and uses:

       During welding, after the product is applied to the surface of the weldment, a film is formed on the surface of the splashed welding slag regardless of whether it is dry or wet, which isolates the contact between the welding slag and the welding material, and splashes on the metal surface coated with the product. The material can automatically fall off, or can be removed with a light touch, eliminating the need for shovel, grinding, knocking, beating and other processes after welding, not only does not damage the base metal, improves economic efficiency, but also protects workers from dust and dust. Welding slag damage, reduce virtual welding and missing welding. There is no irritation during welding, no toxic gas emission, no rust on the surface of the workpiece, no impact on subsequent pickling and painting processes, and safe to use. Each kilogram of product can be applied to a metal surface of about 40m2 or a weld of about 150 meters. In addition, clogging of the torch nozzle can also be prevented.

Instructions:

       On the metal surface on both sides of the weld, apply it with a sprayer or a brush, and it can be welded immediately after it is slightly dry. When used for anti-blocking of welding torch, it can be sprayed or dipped.
